I tried to do the break in per instructions, but I guess my feet are just too sensitive. I so wanted these to work. They are well made and of good quality. My feet, especially my ongoing Achilles issue just won't adjust to it regrettably. Unfortunately I will have to return these for a refund.

The insoles always arrive quickly as always. I think I struggle with trying to figure out where you draw the line on sizing down for cleats or I need the website to do it for me. As it is, I have to sets of insoles now so I know what I need to do going forward. Also, I have picked up tennis recently to the point where I will be wearing either my gold or silver pair going forward. I will say I believe the hype after crushing a 4 mile run pushing a 5 year old in a stroller going across the Ravenel bridge in Charleston.

Soles are as advertised... put them into my Altra Lone Peak 4.0 trails shoes and transformed them from a lifeless sole and slop ridden toe box into a responsive and swift technical trail shoe! Break in period was minimal, highly recommended!

Too thick for tennis.. it hurt my ankles.. it might work for other sports but not tennis

Gives me a full foot and calf stretch for up hill treadmill "calf killer"????

This is a great product and company to work with. We accidentally ordered a size to small and we were able to exchange with no problems.

The carbon fiber it’s coming apart from the insole. I see it was only attached by glue and the glue doesn’t hold well. They feel great on feet but there just not durable.

Didn’t play in a basketball game yet but playing pick up felt explosive and jumped higher but feet hurt a lot at the beginning but after a while very good performance!

These insoles are amazing, no lie.
As an older dude (56) who just needs proper support for his turf-toed feet, I wish VKTRY were more direct about the available variations (I had to guess at the right sport and exaggerate my weight to get thin insoles that serve me well), but the blame for that inanely veiled guidance falls on the company's marketing crew, not the engineers. The engineers are God's gift to bipeds.

Got product to reduce my knee pain during and after my jogs. Results have be great slowly jogging more and pushing out more miles.

I bought these for my daughter but she hasn't worn them in. But she said they will work since she has a pair for volleyball and loves them.
